Ladies

The pictures Below are from the presentation of $500 bursaries from the Ladies' Auxiliary, Alberta-N.W.T. Command, The Royal Canadian Legion.

These are given to first year University, Schools of Technology and all recognized colleges students who have had a parent, grandparent, great grandparent, uncle/aunt or great uncle/aunt who have served in the Armed Services. Both of these girls had a great uncle who had served.

Receiving bursaries are left to right Amanda Jack of Youngstown and Melanie Cory of Hanna.	Receiving bursaries are Nadine Ouellette, Dionne Hunka, Nicholas Madarash and Erin D'Amico of Edmonton.	Christopher Cochrane, Brassano School Graduate 2000 receives his bursary.

John Woytiuk, Jessica Wilinson, Kylie-gayle Pachal, Leah Johnson, Kelly Geertsema, Natasha Paquette (missing) are presented with $500 bursaries.	Receiving her bursary is Sarah Nothey of Bashaw.	Bursaries are presented to Aaron Iwasiuk, Candice Green, Kristen Muszko and Claire Hagel of Medicine Hat.

Ladies' Auxiliary to Smith Branch #248 Treasurer Sandra Attfield (left) recently presented a cheque for $300 to Leanne Barore, the Native Education representative at Smith School.

General Stewart Branch #4 LA presented bursaries to Karen Still, Korin Ivarson, Amy Schalin, Kasina Martin, Collin Gwinner, Lindsay Doerksen, Diane Smith and Paul Ksiazek.
