• Over $8 Million is raised each year for Veterans and their dependants.
• The Royal Canadian Legion is solely funded by membership, donations and
fund raising activities.
• Veterans do not have to be Legion members to access help from the Royal
Canadian Legion.
• The Royal Canadian Legion AB-NWT Command operates the Poliomyelitis Foundation
in Alberta, which provides funds for Post Polio Victims. The Royal Canadian Legion
Alberta-NWT Command administers the Veterans License
Plate program in Alberta.
